It is hard to say whether the employers will hire experienced workers or
inexperienced ones. But the boss would prefer more experienced employees to
inexperienced ones. In contrast to inexperienced workers, an employee who
have more experience can deal with crisis properly. In this case, they
deserve be paid high salaries. For me, I would prefer hire experienced
workers at high salary.
Obviously, a person who have more job experienced might face many
difficulties. Also he could solve many problems by himself or his colleagues.
Next time he face these difficulties again, these could be a piece of cake.
For example, a company do not want to allow a recent college graduate as a
manager. They do not have enough experience to drive their company fluently.
A company need a experienced employee to make significant policy and drive
their strategy. Also, knowledge for professional subject is important but
more important is the ability to communication. This skill can only be
developed through experience.
Sometimes employers might hire inexperienced workers due to paying lower
salaries and think they will learn quickly. Maybe they will learn quickly but
asked them to make decision immediately, they might be nervous and make wrong
decision.Their experience too young to drive their counterparts. If their
counterparts do not listen to their suggestion, how a company can run
fluently and gain more money?
In my opinion, it is not every position need experienced worker. If I
were a boss, I would make a decision based on requirement of every
positions but hire experienced workers is my first choice.
