※ 引述《ypyp (牙周病)》之銘言:
: 2. People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of

: To escape stress and difficulties in life, I think the best way is to
: plan an effective and workable schedule. Of course good recreational

: activities can help people relax and temporarily forget their difficulties;
: however, finally these difficulties are unavoidable. With a good schedule can

: I have a lot of interests, such as reading, singing, origami, sports,
: etc. However, none of them can really make me relax without a thoughtful

*I think your method can be very effective because it does more than merely
"escaping" stress; rather, it takes excess stress away from the beginning.
I suggest you rewrite the last sentence this way:
"This way, not only do I escape stress, I avoid having too much stress in
the first place."
: It may sound a little too serious; some might say that sometimes all we
: need is to leave the hard situation we faced. When I was in high school, I

had thought
: bridge games, just hoped to forget the stress due to heavy class-work. Did I
hoping
: really relax? Not at all! When I did these recreational activities, I can not
: forget those had not been done. The result was: I had neither finished my
that work (singular)
: work nor got fun or release. Thus, I finally found that only a well-planned

was interested in.
: In sum, although planning an effective schedule seems not so intuitive
: for escaping stress and difficulties, it does the best way for me, and I

as a means/method of "it does the best for me"
or "it is the best way for me"
or "it proves to be the best way for me"
: believe that it is also a very good policy for those busy in modern life.
Interesting idea backed by a great example!
