Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Attending a live
performance (for example, a play, concert, or sporting event) is more
enjoyable than watching the same event on television.
I agree with the statement that attending a live performance is more
enjoyable than watching the same event on television.
The following are the reasons why I agree with this statement.
First of all, we can face with our favorite singers or sport stars.
We can feel the live atmosphere there. Take major league baseball (MLB)
for example, I was excited with people around me while there is a home run or a strike
out. There would be a huge difference between watching alive and watching
television at home.
Second, it is really affectingly to listen to a concert or a play alive.
Such as that we can feel the emotions that the singer or the composer wants
to tell us. That is what television can’t give to us.
Hence, I agree with that attending a live performance is more enjoyable than
watching the same event on television.
