This is a huge family-owned private company which is highly vertical
integrated from land, forest to pulp and paper related products.
Although it's family-owned, but the current president is willing to take the
advice from outsiders, for example, consulting firms. I think the package is
generally fine and competitive. Especially, the whole compensation system is
designed by McKinsey actually. If you're young, it may be a good place to
start your adventure and career.
By the way, this is not a so called“green”or eco-friendly company, but they
are trying their best to win the reputation back. CSR is a key issue of this
industry.
