1. 自介：我是Emma, 25歲在教育界工作, 於多年前通過GEPT中高級 2. 對象 : 能用英語表達自己想法，對英文口語學習有熱誠 3. 目標：流暢用英文討論各種議題 4. 原因 : Keep shape.鑑於平日少有機會與人用英語對談, 讀書會可提供此種機會。 5. 地點：台北車站附近的肯德雞，華南銀行對面 6. 時間：每周日早上10點，這個時間對所有成員最方便，因為平日上班完就很累了，所以時間都是固定的，參加完讀書會下午就可以做自己的事，用英文開啟美好的週日是多麼美好啊.... 7. 方式：每週一位host準備一篇文章與討論議題，全程用英文討論。 8. 範圍： the economist 或advanced 或其它，以下是曾經討論過的文章與問題。 http://www.economist.com/specialreports/displaystory.cfm?story_id=10950487&CFID=10518972&CFTOKEN=61256762 1.What is your opinion on teenagers’ widespread use of the so-called Martian language (such as 我ㄉ, 我d, 泥滴, 3Q and 粉卡哇依)? Do you think they are abusing Chinese or being creative with language? 2.How important is it to you that people spell (English words) properly online? 3.Do you think you’ve relied too much on “autofill” and spell-check features ? Are such features detrimental to our spelling ability? 4.Do you agree that with the high-speed means of communication we tend to be less careful with language, less organized in thought, and less responsible in action? (Share your experiences, if any. For example, when was the last time you dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s before sending out an informal email? Have you broken up with someone online?) 5.What do you think of the concept Englishes, that is, verities of English such as Singlish (i.e. Singaporean English) or Spanglish (Spanish English)? 9. 人數限制：6~10人。目前有五位固定成員，一位要出國了，希望在多招幾位成員，人數若多的話可於host簡單講完文章大意後，分兩小組討論。我希望多招幾位對英文口語有熱情的同好，由於聚會時間在星期日早上，有時會有請假狀況，所以之前雖然招了13為成員，最後固定會出席的只剩五位嚕，再加上固定成員有時也會請假，所以常常出席人數只剩3位。多招幾人的目的也是為了克服假日請假問題。 10.解散條件：只剩我一人 11.運作規則：輪流當主持人準備問題。接著大家依據問題討論。時間約1~1.5小時。有一位成員在ptt2有申請空版，大家可於上面留言要參加該週讀書會。或至少寄信給當周主持人告知會到。之前試過請假，可是很多人會忘了請，所以逆向操作嚕。有興趣報名者簡單自介留下e-mail並寄站內信給我 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 讀書會版位址如下： PTT→分組討論區→生活娛樂館→Life_Plan 人生→StudyGroup【讀書會板】 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 以上各項均為必填，得於實際開會後由所有成員投票調整。發起人是比較辛苦的，就好像你要帶一群人出去玩一樣，你必須知道你帶誰？去哪裡？去玩什麼？要給他們行前通知。所有的條件可以定的很寬鬆，也可以定的很嚴格，但無論如何請仔細填寫。明確就是力量，當你越知道你要的是什麼，你就越容易找到你要的。事先的規劃跟準備可以節省你許多不必要的糾紛與麻煩。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.91.73.83 ※ 編輯: ewansteven72 來自: 219.91.73.83 (06/22 22:18)
