1. 自介：Bliss English Club is a wonderful and cool place running since 1997
where you can learn English, make friends and have fun.
2. 對象：People who are interested in English.
3. 目標：Using English to learn about the world.
4. 原因：Want to learn English, make friends and have fun~ :p
5. 地點：台北市民族西路33號4樓or5樓，圓山捷運站1號出口直走,
步行約3分鐘, 民族西路與玉門街交叉口的白色建築物.
(進入樹樂集餐廳裡, 現場會有指示在4樓還是5樓聚會)
6. 時間：Almost every Saturday 14:30~17:30
7. 方式：We speak English during meeting time.
(Of course, out of the meeting at dinner time, we speak Chinese)
A meeting could be any form that designed by the host: group
discussion, writing, watching movies, games, debate, personal
presentation,etc.
It's fun because we can always learn from others' expertise and
experiences during all kinds of meeting.

Miss our meetings?
This coming issue of “Buying a real estate” will surely catch our eye
because it is always a corehousehold basic for a Chinese family. Kurt, a new
family builder is entitled to explore the topic from his experiences, so
start with the first building blocks with us on 6/18 now!!!

Introduction of the Meeting:
Do you have your own real estate or are you going to be the first-time buyer?
But, are you well-prepared to make a decision on this largest investment in
your life?
In this meeting let’s have some experience sharing on real estate buying and
exchange some tips on buying a pre-owned one. We would also watch a short
clip form the famous movie, The Big Shot, to discuss the risks in the housing
market.
Besides, your personal credit score and the land value are also the important
indexes to get a mortgage. In the last session we would have a demonstration
on making an application on those documents.

The meeting was started by our handsome and previous president, Wisely,
punctually as before. Wisely acted as a debate judge and teamed us up to
debate on the issue of pregnancy and abortion.
During the process, we gradually understood the pregnancy would turn into a
predicted danger instead of new-born happiness if law is not comprehensively
made for the protection of our women. Wisely clearly made us understand how
to distinguish the line between pregnancy and abortion and advocated for
Planned Parenthood.
After the in-depth discussion, we agreed on most of the ideas and left some
for open discussion. Thank Wisely for bringing new ideas for the emerging
social issue and the fulfilling meeting.
