我有疑問的不是題目,而是文章的一小部份

上半段是一些買賣方的名稱以及商品的數量.金額等敘述
中間一行"Insurance agreement"
以下就是我看得似懂非懂的一小段

然後下面就是些簽名.日期和"insurance coverage"的適用對象.有效情況
疑問：
想請問那一段得確切意義為何(雖然我看懂每個單字,但是就是不太理解)
尤其是"not required for credit"和"term of credit"
我非常的不確定credit在此的字義為何
