管教行為不良的學生會把全部的時間占用?
那就得先檢討自己的班級經營這一塊,
試想當你把記過都用上了,他卻仍不改怎麼辦?就束手無策了嗎?
如果真是這樣,你的班上過不久一定會大亂..
班級經營最重要的是方法與效果
管教要能夠對孩子發揮作用才有效
如果老師一直做出無效的管教
行為不良的學生當然會占用大部分的時間
但是老師如果出手前有深思熟慮
想好一整個配套方式,再來進行管教
效果一定比記12次警告好太多
以我所見到的資深教師來說
他們對於每個學生時間分配都很公平
不論是優秀的學生或者是行為不良的孩子
都以嚴格但慈悲的態度進行管教
我的一位同事,在近20年的教學生涯中很少記過,
一輪帶下來頂多一兩個同學被記警告
可是她帶的班上整潔秩序以及學業的表現都是數一數二的
如果以P兄的觀點...這應該是不可能辦到的吧??
我真心提醒大家 任何管教要先考慮其效果好不好
任何管教都要有緊密的後續措施 不然都不會有效果
記過是最後一招,不要輕易使用
不然等孩子連記過都不怕了 他就會變成大魔頭了
ps:教書這樣多年來,我開始發現原來以前的大魔頭是被我逼出來的...
我也正在反思與自我檢討中
