我在申請簽證的時候勾選了有犯罪紀錄, 因為銀行帳戶被盜用而被判詐欺罪五個月,可易科罰金,現在已經結案了但還是有刑事紀錄我今天收到了一封郵件裡面有附了一個附加檔案總共有六頁其中一個部份內容是這樣 This email is in relation to your electronic Working Holiday (subclass 417) vi sa application lodged via the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website. INFORMATION REQUIRED In your electronic visa application, you answered positively to the character question which asks applicants to declare if they have been convicted of a crime or offence in any country (including any conviction which is now removed from official records) WHAT YOU NEED TO DO To be satisfied that you are of good character, additional information is requ ired. For each offence, please provide the following information: 1. The offence for which you were convicted and the date of the conviction. 2. A personal account of the events leading up to and including the offence - your statement should include the reasons for the offending behaviour, rehabilitation receive d and any other relevant information, such as sentencing remarks. 3. Whether a fine was imposed by a court for the offence and for what monetary amount. 4. Whether a period of detention or periodic detention was imposed for the off ence and for what period of time. 5. Whether a sentence was imposed by a court for the offence and for what peri od of time ("sentence" includes any form of determination of the punishment fo r an offence). 6. Whether a suspended sentence was imposed by a court for the offence (for ex ample, required to undertake community service). 7. Any additional information that relates to the offence. COPY OF POLICE CERT IFICATE REQUIRED 8. As you have made a declaration that you have criminal convictions, you are required to provide a record of these convictions from an acceptable official source. In order to provide a copy of the Police Clearance Certificates / Records rele vant to your declared convictions, please follow the instructions outlined in the 'Character Requirements- Penal Clearance Certificates' form, which can be downloaded from http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/character-requirements/ and; any additional cl earance documents required by individual countries you have lived in, as specified in the 'Character Requirements- How to obtain police certificates' form. Police Clearance Certificates/Records must be issued within the previous 12 mo nths from the date you are taken to have received this letter. As this request was sent to you by email, you are taken to have received it at the end of the day it was transmitted. If these documents are not in English, please provide a certified English tran slation by an accredited translator.
