有，但是技術門檻高

只要不能設定走 http proxy 的 app 都不能用
基本上使用 VPN 在 iPhone 上是最全面的解(所有服務都可以用)
除非在家裡裝台 router 刷 DD-WRT + 3proxy 強制全部 outgoing 都走 ssh tunneling
才算是最佳解，但出門使用 3G 訊號就比較不方便了
除非又繞回家中建置的 router 再出去

iDevice <--VPN--> DD-WRT <--SSH tunnel--> SSH server <--HTTP--> FB/Twitter
iPhone 上還有另外一個解：gfw interceptor
只支持越獄後的各iOS設備。
不適用於 Safari 與 WebView 需要賬號登錄的部分。不能用於看視頻。
不過這個會用到 GAE (Google App Egine)，聽說也被封了
但如果你自己有主機且確定沒被牆可以試試

目前使用 Amazon EC2 美東自架 VPN 還沒被牆就是了
買外面的 VPN 缺點就是樹大招風，開刀都是先開這些 :-P
