談代理商條件要把terms and conditions 講清楚,
是一年或半年不要模糊.
這畢竟不是合約, 其實沒有必要多正式,
真正要寫很嚴肅, 有時非英語系國家甚至英語文法不好的客人也很難看懂.
至於合約的文字跟要鄭重提醒的文字又不同了.
下面是我自己以我的方式會改寫的表達.
To our potential distributors, we can offer a probation period of
6 months with the minimum commitment. At the end, we shall review
the result of deliveries made, which is expected to reach the amount
of XXX. As a premise, only if the potential distributors can achieve
the given target, we can further discuss the official distributorship.
