[書信] 信件問題
Pls write a Biz English Letter and return to me based on the following Subj:
"Customer A declares that last shipment has quality defect problem and asks
for compensation usd 100/pmt for next oder.
Write a letter to reject customer's request and convince the latter to accept
price increase usd 100/pmt for next order."
今天寄履歷後 該公司經理來信要我寫上述信件
在看過之後
對於要寫的內容不是很了解
想請問各位大大
該名經理要我寫的是不是要拒絕客戶的要求?
但是,後來我卡住了
因為我看上下兩段的金額是一樣的
我不懂是要說服客戶什麼
可以請大大告訴我麼?
