小弟實在不明白此文件在說明什麼?? 是否為股份授權書??

US$9,883.00 in your Company.
I undertake and agreeto accept the share,which you may allot to me
upon the terms of Memorandumand Articles of Association of the Company,
and I authorise you to place my name in the Registerof Members of
the Companyin respect of the 9,883 shares allotted to me.
I authoriseyou to send the relevant sharecertificateby registeredmail
at my own risk to the aboveaddress.
