[問題] LC additional conditions
有兩個問題想請教一下，因為個人莫名的障礙…
每次看到英文，單字一個一個的看的懂，句子就不懂
句子好像懂了，但到底想表達的是什麼又不懂，所以上來求救
希望有人可以幫忙說明一下這條的用意可能是什麼，謝謝！
我們家ＬＣ的特別條款的部分：
1) The issuing date of the phytosanitary certificate must prior to
the bill of lading date. Alternatively, state the following wording
on the phytosanitary certificate "based on the representative sample
drawn on (dd/mm/yy) insert here must prior to the bill of lading date."
**phytosanitary certificate的日期需早於BL，或者陳述下列字句在phytosanitary上
"sample上日期早於BL日期"
2) Contract will be treated as canceled automatically if government of
indian ban or restrict said goods exports and if export tax application
such tax will be bared by buyer.
**如果印度政府要求"?出口貨物怎麼樣"則合約視同取消，並且出口稅由買方負責。
