[書信] 關於船期抱怨
各位大家好，我們公司是代理商，
九月份的貨，L/C會在九月初就開給Bahrain，
Bahrain在收到L/C之後才會裝船，
Bahrain發給我的裝船通知是9/19日裝船，
但今天去查詢的結果，Bahrain可能是為了省運費，安排野雞船，
因此船在海上航行的時間就要一個多月，11/6日才會到台灣
但Bahrain都把錢押走了，所以客戶希望我能跟Bahrain抱怨這件事情。
我寫的mail內容大概如下:
Dear XXX,
The vessel ETA Kaohsiung on 6/Nov, the customer is complain the shipping
schedule too late, so that they can't arrange produce in time.
According the contract, you should shipping the goods not later then
October. Could you please explain why did the shipping schedule have to
spend more then one month?
Please kindly advice the reason, the customer would like to know.

這樣能表達出抱怨嗎?會不會太沒有禮貌??
還是有更好的寫法呢??
p.s.野雞船是客戶跟我說的，就是會跑比較多港口，航行時間很久的船。
