Could you please explain why did the shipping schedule have to : spend more then one month? : Please kindly advice the reason, the customer would like to know. : Best Regards, : XXX : 這樣能表達出抱怨嗎?會不會太沒有禮貌?? : 還是有更好的寫法呢?? : p.s.野雞船是客戶跟我說的，就是會跑比較多港口，航行時間很久的船。你們沒有指定船公司或fwd? 而且把貨送出去就要發notice上面應該要說明裝哪艘船航次 ETD/ETA 現在才發現ETA太晚這種事怎麼會發生我真的不瞭解?! 到目前為止只有我同事碰過一次是fwd篡改文件信的話錯很多 schedule就是timetable 會很tight 或behind schdule 不會有schedule too late product是產品(名詞) production是生產(名詞) arrange...in time很奇怪的說法 according "to" 之後那一句我的理解會變成10月前運送出對方的確做到了我猜你想說10月底前要到~~ 以下是我爛爛重新寫一篇講爛爛是因為我星期五面試沒上整個很沒信心~~哈哈 We've received a formal complaint from our customer for the late ETA of the consignment, which is in breach of the contract. As my understanding, the cargo should be arrived by the end of Oct so as to be on the production schedule. The delay, however, will disrupt the arrangement and inevitably incur additional cost. We'd like to know if you had met any problems or difficulties, and leave you no option but to choose the vessel.
