答案: C.外傷是引起chylothorax最常見的原因
我印象中是"醫源性"的比較多
這裡的"外傷"會讓我覺得是車禍等造成的......
如果答案寫的是iatrogenic cause還差不多
Traumatic causes — Disruption of the thoracic duct anywhere along its course
can cause a chylothorax. Surgical procedures distant from the thoracic duct
can result in large chylothoraces if lymphatic tributaries to the thoracic
duct are disrupted. In addition, injury to the intraabdominal portion of the
duct causes chylous ascites that can pass through the diaphragm, resulting in
a pleural effusion.
