話說我在查資料的時候對於Heparin有點困惑
Uptodate 的 off label use：
Acute coronary syndromes (off-label use)
Atrial fibrillation (off-label use)
Interstitial cystitis (bladder pain syndrome) (off-label use)
Percutaneous coronary intervention (off-label use; Levine 2011): IV:
Off label use感覺是藥品的模糊地帶（？）
使用到底算不算違法
（不符合適應症但是常常拿來用）
而且去pubmed搜尋ACS的heparin infusion
蠻多人在用的呀 為什麼還是標註off label use呢
