重看了一次題目
此段sequence有:start signal,stop signal(第一次看沒仔細想)
還有amino acid-encoding sequence
推文也有說是ORF我才注意到
不過我覺得這題目怪怪的
因為第三點:sufficient length of protein encoding region
如果是ORF,不就包含了intron這些 non-protein encoding region?
之前也有板友說是cDNA
我覺得比較像欸
還是題目意思是說:足夠就好,中斷也沒差?
