phage display找出來的peptide專一性不夠
如果是conformational epitope的話更是死棋一招
你可以得到peptide sequence
但是無法讓它在hydrophilic-hydrophobin inteaction的環境中
把正確的conformation表現出來
scfv的部分 你有聽過"humanized"的antibody嗎
in other words, most of the monoclonal antibodies were generated from mice
however, mice monoclonal antibody itself in an antigen for human
that's why it's difficult to apply in human.
