借這標題問一下，有沒有跑過4kDa和9KDa左右大小的蛋白呢？
要用多少%的gel才能看得到？
我之前有用18%的gel跑過9KDa的蛋白，但是看不到……
除了上篇推文中有版友的經驗是APS不夠新鮮，還有沒有別的可能可以提供我參考改進

我看到這裡有說明可以使用 Tric-Tricine gels 來跑，

不知道有沒有人有經驗，Tric-Tricine怎麼準備？
因為我們實驗室的Tris-HCl都是自己配好滴定的，經濟拮据，不太可能買現成的……
Tric-Tricine gels are ideal for separation of peptides and
small proteins with molecular weight <10,000, which are often
difficult to separate on Tris-HCl gels, because the small
molecules will run with the SDS front.
