[求救] Transient Assay 怪怪的
各位大大好
我最近在試transient assay
Plasmid定序都沒問題
GFP 跟我的gene有 in frame
Promoter則是用ubiquitin promoter
可是試了用基因槍打洋蔥表皮細胞
還有用葉片protoplast 作PEG transformation
隔天都看不太到GFP 的訊號
放到第二天才勉強可以看到微弱訊號
實驗室學長姐說有可能是protein folding 太慢
想請問大家可能會是什麼原因造成的@@
如果是folding的問題又要怎麼解決呢？
