intensifies without the middle class, and Taiwan has entered a phase that
requires overall structural reforms, the government must find a solution to
prevent the social unrest that has surfaced in Western countries.
如同民主理論所指出的，人們追求大規模改變的渴望升高不包括中產階級
（不是很懂這句在說啥…這句的V是intensifies嗎？），
而台灣正需要整體結構上的改革，政府必須找到解決方案以避免西方國家正面臨的
社會動盪。
