人+過去式就是在談論已經不在人世的人 were + born
只能是在講過去某人出生, 比如 史蒂芬霍金出生(was born)於1942年
先講C與D, 文法上正確 現在進行式表示出生到現在
D很明顯就有邏輯錯誤 沒出生不可能有生理現象
問題是在要分辨B與C是哪一個
現在式表示事實 一般科學文章大多用現在式 當然這是個人意見
所以我認為B與C都可以
不過我有聽說或是讀過, 文組的人認為科學家論文都寫得不好
文法不夠漂亮, 說這種話的人真的應該去讀一讀一些"文法寫得漂亮"
的醫學教科書
當然, 我已經離開那一行很久了, 而且, 這是個人意見 ;p
