sometimes it's not about how able you are, but how active you are. it's people business out there. you can't work alone while expecting to be noticed or appreciated. Seldom is a person as able as you indispensable. however, a person with connections or people skill is always desired to work with, it saves trivialities or annoying formality if working with him. On the other hand, being a people person usually requires you to put on a mask more often. A fake smile, an insincere nodding, a pretentious gesture and an affected conversation can often confuse you about who you really are. of course, some supervisers can also appreciate your straightforward corrections or criticisms. But, you don't want to risk it, do you? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.113.55.211
