However, this fact is either beside the point, since : much irradiated food is eaten raw, or else misleading, since _______. : 想請問一下此篇文章講說雖然irradiation可以降低細菌之外但會降低食物中的營養素 : Proponents of irradiation point out that irradiation is no worse in this : respect than cooking. 這句話的意思我的理解是--> : 對於irradiation的支持者而言 : 他們指出irradiation在對於食物營養度的傷害與Cooking相比沒有比較嚴重 : *請問* : 1.反對irradiation對營養造成的損害沒有比cooking大是怎麼推出來的? : Proponents不是支持者的意思嘛?? @@ 上一句是支持者的意思下一句接however為轉折語氣,表示作者反對支持者 this is either beside the point 是說支持者的論述無關緊要後面接since表示支持者論述無關緊要的原因 : However, this fact is either beside the point, since : much irradiated food is eaten raw, or else misleading, since _______. : 這一句我的理解是 *轉折* 事實卻與支持者們的point不同(beside) : 因為這些irradiated food被生吃(不懂這個原因能解釋什麼>"<) : 和事實卻被誤導(misleading),因為??? beside the point沒看懂還有這邊可以猜題意兩個原因用either A or B連接,表示原因為同一方向生食沒有經過cooking,所以irradiated會造成營養破壞為第一個原因這樣可以猜想第二個原因也是要說irradiated會造成營養的破壞 : E) 對於那些irradiated和cooked的食物維他命B1的減少與調理食物的每一個過程 : 是逐漸增加的 E是說就算cooking會破壞營養,但是若是有經過irradiated處理的食物對營養的破壞會更加嚴重以上~ 應該是這樣吧 @@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.194.237
