文法應該都對，只是邏輯句意上用the former不太make sense，the former表達前一任，
但是Philkill做了連續18任，所謂的前一任是對應這18年的哪一年，讀者會產生疑惑。

應該是指主要子句的主詞98 percent of men and 75 percent women，答案三有幾個問
題點:
1. 限定的被動分詞born...是短的限定分詞，不要補出關係代名詞和be動詞who were，
這是GMAC設計錯誤答案典型招式，這樣改只是讓句子結構複雜化
2. 修飾語誤置，by the time...原來是時間副詞擺在主要子句前修飾主要子句動詞
attack，在第三個答案讀者會以為修飾動詞born
