這邊考的是意思，用former的話，邏輯上說不通，
前chair of the planning board怎麼會連續做18年呢？
而且attend meeting應是在位時才會做的事，故不能選有former的答案。
◎回答21：
從句意上看，they指的應該是birds，但只由句子結構無法確切得知。
(3)錯的原因是who應指98 percent of men and 75 percent of women，
這邊這樣用會指代不清，且意思不同，
正確意思應是生在國家中的男人女人100%人中有98%的男人和75%的女人會被鳥攻擊，
但(3)的意思變成98%的男人和75%的女人長大後會被攻擊。
