一般分辨的一個辦法是前句 negate 以後是否還能接後句。
例如 Tom is not bigger than Mary
或 It is not the case that Tom is bigger than Mary
就不能接 Mary is smaller than Tom
: : a)The minister blams her secretary for leaking the memo to the press
: : b)The memo was leaked to the press
: presupposition
但 The minister does not blame her secretary for leaking the memo to the press
或 It is not the case that the minister blames her secretary for leaking the memo to the press
就可接 The memo was leaked to the press
