2. People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of
modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens.
What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific
details and examples in your answer.

People are always busy in their job and families. Nowadays, in a fashion
and modern society, while people are becoming more and more nervous and
tired, distress and anxiety occurred much more and more frequently. In my
opinion, planning efficiently for your vacation is very important for
today’s people to reduce stress. I don’t mean that people have to do
how great things, but just think what you are interested in and what you
prefer to do at all. If you like to travel, just plan a trip to somewhere
you like, if you like to sing, just plan a karaoke party for fun. Whatever
you do, don’t disorganize your free time anyway.
Some people may say, “I do need a good rest at my weekend after a whole
workday week.” I heartily agree with that. I just think people may need more
sleep at the weekend, but don’t need to sleep all day long because that will
make you more tired and feel empty after that. Most people in this world are
busy and tired, but they still need to be cheered up and have something for
fun. It will bring you enough energy for the next workday week if you spent
your weekend or vacation time happily. However, I just feel like planning
efficiently for vacation time is very important for all the people, and that
is the best way to reduce stress in my opinion.
