[問題] 要離職老闆不給補休 而且要扣特休
個人在目前的工作單位任職約2年2個月,一個月前已向老闆預告9/30離職,
目前有上個年度未休完的2天假(補休),以及今年度皆尚未休的特休8天,
老闆給假的方式不太一樣,工作第一年即給7天特休,第三年開始每年特休遞增一天。
而前一個年度的假沒休完,在下個年度成為補休,至下下個年度折現這樣。
在我提離職之後,老闆告知在提出離職後,補休就沒有了,而特休也回歸7天,
我覺得不是很合理,但是不知道要從哪裡依法提出佐證,
至少讓我把補休休掉以及特休折現或是全部折現,因為休假方式算是優於勞基法(?)。
我目前有證據可以證明我之前的補休還有以及特休有8天,
和老闆告知補休沒有而特休變成7天這兩件事。
另外還有老闆投保的薪資低報等等的問題想一併申訴,我該如何做比較好?
