1. 自介：Bliss English Club is a wonderful and cool place running since 1997
where you can learn English, make friends and have fun.
2. 對象：People who are interested in English.
3. 目標：Using English to learn about the world.
4. 原因：Want to learn English, make friends and have fun~ :p
5. 地點：台北市民族西路33號4樓or5樓，圓山捷運站1號出口直走,
步行約3分鐘, 民族西路與玉門街交叉口的白色建築物.
(進入樹樂集餐廳裡, 現場會有指示在4樓還是5樓聚會)
6. 時間：Almost every Saturday 14:30~17:30
7. 方式：We speak English during meeting time.
(Of course, out of the meeting at dinner time, we speak Chinese)
A meeting could be any form that designed by the host: group
discussion, writing, watching movies, games, debate, personal
presentation,etc.
It's fun because we can always learn from others' expertise and
experiences during all kinds of meeting.

LIG—Living Income Guaranteed
Introduction of the meeting:
The Living Income Guaranteed (L.I.G.) is a Proposal proposed and promoted for
years by the organization of Equal life Foundation, which addresses the
immediate and pressing problem of massive world inequality. We will in the
meeting take a look of the content and where it comes from and see if it can
be a solution for this world.
Meeting Agenda:
1. Knowing each other-- 30 min
If you can take a role or position to support the citizen in government, what
would that be?
2. The Right to Life –30 min
Introduction of Equal Life Foundation
The Principle—The best of all life
3. Bill of Rights— 1 hr
Reading and checking if any point here had manifested in this world
4. LIG –1 hr (8 groups)
Reading and proposing examples of the applications of the points
5. Discussion (30min)

Warm-up
After we talked about what we have done recently, our beloved host Daniel
Chen explained why he chose the topic and he said that “Cash Flow, money
management" was the central idea of today's topic.
Cash flow
Each of the participants shared different ratios in their money arrangement
and the reasons behind. Daniel asked us to learn the tactics how the bankers
make money by our savings: they invest and win the profits more than the
interest they give us.
Wealth Management
We played roles as “Financial Advisor” to each other. After discussion, we
got conclusions as follows:
Mutual Fund/credit card /stock: risky but flexible
Housing: fixed, maybe profitable
Credit card: pay higher interest but flexible with credits added
Fraternal Investment(互助會):Simple, fast but risky
Special terms
(限定繼承) Restricted Inheritance civil law enforces that the rightful
successors only inherit the rest heritage after clearing the debt of the
decedents or bear no obligation if the heritage is minus.
Reflections:
Thank Daniel Chen for his life-related information and all the participants
for the shared outputs. It was a really fruitful meeting ever. After the
meeting, we relaxed ourselves by watching “Cloud Gate” performance at
Liberty Square! What a refreshing day in Bliss!
