It begins
Massive lowballs being reported for all recent offers. 25% reduction across
the board in TC when Google was already one of the lowest paying big tech on
top of being the most notorious downleveler. They're going to churn out
everyone hired before so they can backfill with offshoring and the
lowballed/downleveled. Refreshers are going to be a spit in the face next
year as well.
