By giving a notice of abandonment the assured is advising the
underwriter(保險人) of his intention to abandon the goods to
to the underwriter and to claim a total loss(全損) under the
___________
the policy. The underwriter is at liberty to accept or reject
the notice of abandonment at his potion. Rejection does not
prjudice the position of the underwriter but by acceptance of
the notice the underwriter.
