subject to-->額外要收的費用 也就是你的運價裡面不包含這些費用
shipment-->指的是這筆貨物或提單
: 3.Please kindly accept our offer USD 500/650 per 20'gp
: ex Southampton to Kaohsiung which includes THC origin,
: bunker charge,CAF,LSF,SCC,subject to local charge both ends.
: The said rate for FAK rate except DG/RT commodity
: LSF,SCC又是啥?? 後面subject to local charge both ends又是啥意思?

LSF, SCC應該是某項費用的item
subject to local charg...表示當地的費用要額外收取
fak--一般品名 dg是指危險品 rt這個我就不清楚囉
