is there 是一個疑間問句的用法, 不可能出現在 know 的後面
know 只能加 noun 或是 clause
any 後面 要加 noun

這句錯誤很多, 我不說了, 因為買方跟開狀銀行如何談付款條件, 沒必要告訴賣方
你只要強調 用L/C 付款, 對賣方有什麼好處便可以了
