and that the attached is a true copy of this
document as the same is taken from and compared
with the original(s) filed in this office and now
remaining on file and of record.
我的翻譯:
我以紐澤西州財政出納之身分茲此證明，
上述企業在XXX於本部門申請營業執照並留有紀錄，
經過和在本部門申請之正本加以比對後，
附件確實為與其相同之複本，
此複本將留存檔案並紀錄。
請問我翻的可以嗎?
尤其是最後一句 不太懂remain on file and of record 是什麼意思
