光看妳敘述的實在是看不出妳想問的是什麼
1)妳的意思是要利用一段primer將未知的基因序列找出來嗎?
如果是的話..可以用RACE的方式來釣出基因序列
2)看不懂妳要問什麼...請詳述問題..
