有induction出來嗎
有的話大概是因為不溶的關係吧 變成inclusion body了
如果induction不出來的話
可以試試看induction 時間加長 (at low temp, and low IPTG)
Otherwise, you can just try another system, such as MBP, his-tag,
or other new system like "Impact" (from invitrogen??).
