早先我們知道Snail可作為repressor抑制E-cadherin表現而促使EMT的產生。本篇作者討

其中有一類target genes是cytokine genes，而cytokine genes有很多，在paper中小弟
我不懂為何用ingenuitypathway analysis(IPA)可縮小genes的觀察範圍（差不多在figur
e5E處有提到），以及在supplementary中fig S4B如何判讀使作者直接認為TNFalpha ,CCL
2 andCCL5它們在Snail所調控的cytokine中是最重要的呢？而上面明明還有IL-8卻不看它
呢？
