不懂...
pension plan 的sponsor以及beneficiary各是指哪一方呢，
有沒有例子可以說明~?
可是在Standard of practice handbook P92的Example 1裡面
好像又不行這樣
到底要以哪方的利益為第一優先考量呢
handbook說以pension plan為優先
所以上面那段文後面的example都是violation囉~??
