when 本身就有當作連接詞的作用
Often visible as smog, ozone is formed in the atmosphere
--> 此句話已經敘述完畢
而後面 two major pollutants emitted by automobiles, react with sunlight
是新的句子 所以 when 要當連接詞使用 連接上面兩個句子
如果要用 and when + 子句，那前面應該
也要有一樣的 which/where/how 的子句做平行才對
否成就會變成雙重連接詞
