PMP 的課程相關的資料其實我有大概看過... 不過感覺都是很理論性的... 我想到最近面試一個面試官問我的一個問題... 如果你是 PM.. 你簽到一份 ECN (工程變更通知)... 你會注意到那些事情??.. 要怎樣去處理??.. (這個PMP應該沒教到吧?). 我是比較同意版大的看法...

這次終於可以打中文了. good news 我剛剛考過pmp了. 好開心. 這大概是我有生以來考得最緊張的一次考試. 第一次考得這麼沒把握. (炫耀一下,從小到大,從國內到國外,幾乎所有的大小考試我都是第一個交卷). 這一次我是整整坐滿四個小時. 在剩下五分鐘的時間才寫完兩百題. 邊寫還在盤算. 明
