I totally agree opinion that schools should include some exercising classes as part of school life. There should be some activities to enhance the physical and mental health of students because of being only concentrated on the academic studies would not absolutely benefit students. Only indoor learning would make them feel bored and deteriorate the study efficiency. Following would list the reaosns why I support this idea. In this modern society, we have consumed too many fast foods which contain too much fat. Such food would increase the cholesterol in our blood. So, many people, including both adults and teenagers, are running risk of high blood pressure, stroke, and hear attack. As it is widely known that sufficient exercises could help to burn out fat in our blood. For the schools, where students spend most their time, it is their duty to take care of the students' health conditions and prevent them from miseralbe diseases. Sitting in the classroom all day long is obviously not a good idea. It would make students feel tiresome and exhausted. Finally, it would lead to low efficency learning. If so, only outdoor exercises could reverse the bad situation. these activities could shift the students' focus from books to what they are doing, like baseball or basketball. Then, the students' could relax for a while and restore energy for next class. Taking a deep breath and stretching their bodies could also promote their memory capability. To sum up, I'm inclined to support the idea that schools should consider both sport and academic activities together in their class schedule. If schools are serious toward the learning efficiency, they should take exercises into account , which would contribute well to students meantally and physically. -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.27.253 ※ 編輯: soundspeed 來自: 140.112.27.253 (12/15 15:14)
