Re: [問題] 有關銀行的business letter
我在一個禮拜前有發個mail給國外廠商,
內容如下:
Dear ***
To regard the reavel expenses, my bank urgently informed me earlier that
they didn't receive any confirmation to revise the beneficiary account name
from your bank so far. Please kindly inform your accounting department to
revise the beneficiary account name with your bank immediately. Otherwise
my bank will return the money back to your bank.
Perhaps it wasn't clear, the reason why the money couldn't be remitted to
my account is,your banl remitted the money with ***company as beneficiary
account name,but the correct beneficiary account name should be ***.
(後面這一句加粗)
這是第二封類似的內容請對方通知銀行修改,
對方回信除了有apologies for this delay外
有提到
we will find a better way for re-inbursing your expenses next time(by cash,
in your hand). as the time it is currently taking is nothing else than
unacceptable.
請問我的信件內容是否不夠清邀情作修改,
或是讓對方不太了解意思??
對於對方的回信,
因為re-inbursing your expenses next time,的next time讓我解讀是以後
再有類似情況,它們會用更好的方式處理錢...
是否我有誤解呢?
