[問題] 英文合約單字太深~請大家解讀
我快被落落長的英文合同搞昏頭~
有幾句很重要,但又不確定~
故請大大幫解讀~TKS!
(4.5.)
Quality of the Goods is determined by SGS surveyor’s inspection. SGS
surveillance shall be carried out before the shipment of Goods by the Seller
on the account of the Buyer.
請問賣家找? 還是買家找SGS? 是否買家付費用?
(4.6.)
The Seller shall be obliged to send photographs of each item of Goods in
accordance with the Specification to the Buyer on its own account before
shipment of the Goods for the purposes of the surveillance by SGS.
是否事先要提供每一產品的圖片給客人, 提供SGS核對?
(3.2.1.)
Twenty (20) per cent of the price of a shipment of Goods according to
the respective Specification shall be paid by the Buyer within fifteen (15)
days after the Specification is signed by both Parties.
這是指訂金20%嗎?
(3.2.2.)
Eighty (80) per cent of the price of a shipment of Goods according to
the respective Specification shall be paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) days
after receipt of the Seller’s Notification specifying the date and place of
shipment of the Goods in accordance with clause 7.6 below and provided that
the Buyer had received the report from SGS confirming the compliance of Goods
quality with the terms of this Contract.
而這指尾款80%嗎?
