如果是colon cancer T1N0M1真的是前所未見
也沒有在任何paper中見過
比較常見的是如lung Ca T1N0M1
因為colon cancer是比較benign的malignacy
一般只要early detection都可以cure
加上Pet scan 又沒有finding

所以step 1: 先確定是不是liver 有mass
step 2: 懷疑是double cancer
因為hepatoma PET反而是比較不sensitive的....Q
