[問題] 採購合約
之前沒有翻譯過商業合約的經驗，靠線上字典翻了幾段，請各位看一下，有無需要修改。

基於2008/xx/xx所簽署之[買賣基本契約書]（以下稱為"原契約"），供給方EEE公司與採
購方MMM公司同意
簽署附屬合約(以下稱為"本契約")如下：
The associated agreement (hereinafter called “The Contract”) is made and
entered 2008/xx/xx , by and between EEE CO., LTD (called “Supplier”), and
MMM Co., Ltd. (called “The Purchaser”), [Purchase Basic Agreement]

第一條 （產品細節）
供給方對於採購方，提供下述產品（產品型號：XXX，以下稱為"產品A"）
1 (The product detail)
The Supplier provides the below product (product number : PC302 ,
hereinafter called “Product-A”) to the Purchaser for sell.
第二條 （收貨條件及保證條件）
供給方，要嚴格遵守附件"Purchasing Specification"的各項條件，提供產品A給採購方
。
2 (The delivery condition and guarantee condition)
The Supplier should strictly observes the conditions which is wrote on
the attached slip [Purchasing Specification], and delivery Product-A to the
Purchaser.
第三條 （追加合約）
供給方及採購方對於產品A的品質維持及提昇，還有其他合約條件之變更等，於必要時，
隨時簽署追加合約以作為本合約補充。
3 (Adding agreement)
The Supplier and The Purchase agreed to complement The Contract as needed
when keeping or improving the quality of Product-A, or otherwise need to
change the other agreement for The Contract).
