Article 1 Product. Supplier and Buyer agree to enter into supplement(s) to this Agreement if necessary to maintain and improve the quality of Product A and to amend the terms and conditions between the Supplier and Buyer. 基本上合約除了常有通用用語之外更重要的是記載的當事人的權利義務所以就算中文只是敘述句英文也要表現出權利義務也就是shall這類用語還有合約是針對將來發生事項所以除非是描述事實背景不然不會用agreed 其他像是purchaser contract observe 很少這樣用個人沒見過如果只是要翻譯這樣大概就ok 可是說實在這個中文約寫得不夠好我寫的英文也只是翻譯就合約來說結構實在不夠嚴謹語意太模糊法效性不夠好突然有加班的感覺早知道不要晃進來= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.135.55
