想請問一題原文遺傳題(但很容易懂 拜託高手指點我><)
karen and steve each have a sibling with sickle cell disease(SCA).
Neither karen nor any of their parens have the disease,
and none of them have been tested to reveal SCA trait.
Base on this imcomplete information,calculate the probability
thatif this couple has a child, the child will have SCA?
已知SCA是體染色體隱性疾病
如果用Punnet square解
(karen父/母) A a
A AA Aa
a Aa aa 依題意先求 karen基因型,
我解: AA不可能因已知其兄弟得病(aa)
aa 不可能
Aa之機率為2/4=1/2
故 此夫妻生子得病率: 1/2(Aa)*1/2(Aa)*1/4aa=1/16
師解:因已知karen無得病 故先刪除aa可能選項
AA不可能因已知其兄弟得病(aa)
aa 不可能
Aa之機率為2/3
故 此夫妻生子得病率: 2/3(Aa)*2/3(Aa)*1/4aa=1/9
@@我覺得配子產生是用所有可能機率去算的吧?!
更何況他是隱性疾病 已排除aa是死胎故刪去其可能.(都說哥哥得病了@@)
